Went here for an early lunch so there was plenty of seating. There is a lunch special which I wanted to order, but they don't allow any substitutions so I ordered off the regular menu. Food was flavorful and the menu has many vegan options, I will definitely be adding this as a regular lunch spot. Staff was helpful and friendly and decor was classy. Music playing gave a nice vibe

This is one of my top restaurants to go to and my favorite Thai restaurant of all time! Customer service is truly amazing. The inside is nice and cozy to eat in. However I took it to-go. Everything I ate was good except the Thai fried rice I thought it was okay. The drunkin noodles were amazing. I added the level 3 spice and it was actually spicy. I honestly didn't think I would enjoy the coconut shrimp curry but it was recommended to me and I fell in love with all the flavors! The ribs were tender and flavorful. I recommend this spot to everyone I meet.

Oh my days. If I could just submit that for my review I would, but I must write more. No words can describe this place I'm not gonna lie. What's so sad is that so many people, even in North County, don't know about this place. I'd ask them, "Ever heard of Pearl Cafe?" and they'll look at me as if I said something outrageous. I really do feel bad, not just for Pearl Cafe, but for those missing out. Where do I even begin? The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, a nice, beautiful, quiet place with amazing service. There was a time I forgot to order a drink on the phone, went in there to order my drink when I arrived at the restaurant, the server there gave it to me for free. I nearly cried. Never do you ever see that today. But that means nothing if the food doesn't hold up. The Basil Leaf Fried Rice is absolutely gorgeous, on an appearance level, and taste-wise. No words here will describe any food here satisfactory. It is elegant, delightful, and on another level. There is really not much more I can say. The spice is amazing. I've always hated when restaurants claim that their food is spicy, just to add a single gram of crushed red pepper. Level 3 spice is perfect for me, it gives you the perfect experience of a shiver in your mouth, while allowing you to enjoy it fully. I adore this place. If you're in the mood for noodles, I will also highly recommend the Sen Yai Nam Prik Pao. We as a society really don't deserve Pearl Cafe. We are so, so lucky to have them.

Ordered crispy shrimp rolls while I waited for my friend's order to be prepared. She has never been here, so I told her to get the Thai ribs, shrimp rolls and my personal fav Panang curry with shrimp. It comes with a side of rice. I know she is going to love it We are going to have to eat in soon.

Picked up a lunch special after easily ordering online. Service was very friendly and the interior makes me want to dine in soon. Ordered the green curry (3) with pork. The curry was incredible. Some of the best I've had. The special also comes with a small egg roll, a crab butterfly, and cabbage soup(the day I ordered). The sides were good but the star was the curry. It was a good portion too. 15$ + tip ended up being 18$ so it's not an inexpensive lunch. They're also very rigid with the lunch special. Wanted to add one more Rangoon but no substitutions. I'll be back.

Back at it again to try this massive menu. Second visit and counting. On this day I ordered the Bangkok noodle with shrimp and crispy won tons. For Drink I ordered the 4hands brewing Pineapple Prussia. In my opinion the Bangkok noodle was very good and steaming hot. All vegetables were crunchy and delicious and plentiful, but the noodles remind me of cooked Ramen noodles with no water. It became sticky really quick and this evaporated the noodles into mush. So I feel this was just a fancy overpriced ramen noodle dish I can make at home. Now the won tons were fantastic. Crispy nice portion and beautiful golden. . My drink was more of a cider than a beer but either way I loved it. I would definitely get it again. Service was speedy and staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back for more. Until next time :)

Very quiet and interesting place. I'm not usually a fan of Thai food because they contain peanuts in their food but this chicken stirfry was really great. It had the perfect amount of acidity and spice in the rice had a great fluffy texture. The one thing that I wish that there was more up would be vegetables. The portion sizes are pretty good, I was definitely full off of this meal for a while. The service team was nice as well. I'm not sure if I would come back here again, but it definitely has some potential!

We have been to this place many times and we love it! They always open on time and their food is so good. Usually busy around 5-8pm. This is a medium size place with 7-8 tables. They also have outdoor seating! Enough space to serve many people. Also the waiters are always nice. Service is fast. Today we ordered Satay Chicken as appetizer, was grilled, served with coconut & (I think) peanut sauce and cucumber salad. So good! Our Kirin Ichiban beers served in glass, we love it! Then we've got Thai Rama w/chicken (veggies, chicken, coconut milk sauce + side steamed rice) and Pearl's Bibimbop came with sunny side up egg, soy, veggies, rice and chicken. Thai Rama was delicious but has little too much coconut flavor in it, we prefer less. Overall, this was, again, an amazing Thai food experience! We will definitely come back.

I have a couple of favorite dishes from here: Sen Yai Num Prik Paow ordered with veggies (sans mushrooms and bamboo shoots). This is a very flavorful dish and I find myself craving it often. It is a noodle dish and they use rice noodles. The first time I got a spice level 4 and it was just ok. The last couple of times I ordered spice level 5 and it gave me the level of spice that I enjoy. 10/10 would order again. Thai Chili Fried Rice ordered with well done tofu, added garlic. Another flavorful dish from here. There's a good portion of broccoli and red peppers included with the green peppers and scallions. Spice level 4 was good but not spicy. Spice level 5 brought some spice, but the rice seemed a little drier, as if they didn't use as much chili sauce/oil. Still 10/10 would order again. Pearl's Spicy Curry with veggies (sans mushrooms); no protein. I ordered it at a spice level 4 and it had a little kick to it, but not too spicy. This curry is delicious. I particularly liked the level of curry provided; it was a very good portion. I remember trying them a few years back (I don't remember what I ordered though) and it being ok, but not good enough to want to come back. Not sure if I ordered the wrong thing back then or if they've improved. Either way, I've found my go to spot for Thai, and it's worth the drive.
